EASYTRAP 2K™ for fine raking of untreated and processed water containing coarse dirt


Newly designed self-cleaning rake, with perforated, reinforced mesh (ø 8 – 14 mm), for the separation of coarse dirt in white or waste water.

The purpose of the Easytrap 2K is to eliminate several problems caused by coarse dirt, such as pumping complications, dirt accumulation, recovery problems and the contamination of clarified water, and to provide better cleanliness of the water cycles. Aside from certain components, the unit is made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel.

The EASYTRAP is designed to deliver maximum reliability combined with minimum monitoring and maintenance.

Water Microfiltration

TRENNER 2K™ Filter for water filtration


TRENNER 2K is the deluxe version of the standard TRENNER model, and there are numerous differences between the two versions. On the TRENNER 2K, the filter does not pick up plastic pieces, but the filtration is finer, the pump energy lower and the dimensions smaller. Both models offer the same high levels of reliability and cloth cleanliness.

Counter-washing is achieved through the use of large- sectioned nozzles, while the three-ply cloth delivers effective cleaning. Sturdy and well-manufactured, the Trenner 2K requires no maintenance, even when very dirty water is accidentally released into the system.

Wires from 50 to 80 microns are available.

Self-cleaning TRENNER™ Washer/Fractionator for water, pulp and sludge


Easy to operate, high-performance centrifugal Filter/Fractionator, featuring an extremely efficient centripetal cleaning system and special, exceptionally sturdy cloths (2mm thick). As a result, this unit delivers total operational reliability, reducing the necessity for monitoring and maintenance to a minimum.

All this ensures total operation reliability, with surveying and maintenance reduced to a minimum.

The liquid to be treated (water, sludge, pulp, etc.) is sprayed at a light pressure (0.5 – 1 bar) against the rotating filter cloth.

Depending on the mesh size of the cloth being used, the unit delivers excellent filtration or separation of fibres from ink, fillers, mucilage and very fine stickies. Particularly suited to the cleaning of poor-quality pulp. Cloth counter-washing is continuous.

Coat water settling system that taps the potential of hi-tech solutions. It is used to clarify this type of waste water, which often poses problems for final discharge systems.
